How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping usually requires 3 to 5 working days.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we unfortunately do not ship outside of Japan. But, we are getting there soon!
What shipping carriers do you use?
We usually ship through Sagawa or Kuroneko Yamato.
Will I receive tracking information with my order?
We will send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout.
My order arrived damaged, now what?
We make every effort to ensure the product you order is securely packaged for a nice, smooth ride to your doorstep. But there are of course occasions when things go awry and problems arise. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us. Please note that emailing us an image of any damage/defect on a product will speed up the return process.
