Rare German IPA. We've improved dry hopping to be the main accent so that the hop claim isn't too strong like a typical IPA. A rich taste that combines a fruity umami like citrus with a caramel-like malt aroma. Many American brewers do not have access to the knowledge and equipment available in Germany. This is what made this IPA special, in addition to bavarian ingredients that are unique to the region, namely the expertise and experienced breweries cultivated over the years of beermaking. By reducing the amount of hops a little, we have finished it in a mouth-watering beer with reduced bitterness, and we have added some German malt so that it can be combined with fish and light snacks.
